Provides the security service department with one point of control to all the networked DVR-Systems and I/O devices. It features remote DVR configuration, matrix view, remote ViewLog, I/O Central Panel, and Remote Desktop.

The DVR-Central Monitoring Station is an extremely powerful and cost effective central station solution that can efficiently manage multiple DVR-System servers from one point of control.

The DVR-Dispatch Server utilizes load-balancing technique to distribute the network load between online and offline GV-Center V2 servers, allowing requests from up to 25,000 DVR-Systems to be evenly distributed across maximal 500 DVR-Center V2 servers

The DVR-VSM is event-alert text messages service that activates when any online DVR-System is event-triggered, and helps IT operators easily notice DVR-Systems health status and response instantly to various frequent events.

POS-DVR surveillance system is your prescription for POS Loss prevention. While working in conjunction use with DVR-Data Capture, the surveillance system can turn into a POS-DVR surveillance system. By bringing video and POS transaction data together, the POS-DVR surveillance system provides visual contextual awareness to reduce shrinkage and protect asset against business losses.

POS Video Text Overlay: display/hide transaction text messages on screen and on video files.
Quick Search: single video search and playback with transaction data.
Search criteria: keyword in the receipt, transaction event (start/stop/void), or start time.

POS Field Filter: use pre-defined transaction criteria to search in a field filter displaying the results in a newly created System Log, e.g. all the transactions containing the keyword "coke" will be screened out.
Abnormal Transaction Alerts: when pre-defined abnormal transactions occur (e.g. over a certain value amount), the system will output alarm devices and send an alert message via email, phone, or SMS.
Cash Drawer Input Setting: set module to the cash drawer so that whenever it opens, an alert will be sent to the DVR System site and the transaction will be saved in the System Log for later retrieval.
Recording: Video/ audio recording capability. Auto-recording feature on transaction start.
Live Audio/Video Monitoring: monitor video and audio of cashier areas through browser.
Superimposing POS data: display POS transaction data, camera name and time on screen or on video file; customize text preset positions, font and color.
Transaction Database: store all transaction data in Microsoft Access format for retroactive analysis. Customer Flow Counting: count incoming and outgoing customers or cars for customer statistics.
Smart Search: pre-define a case-sensitive search area to pin point any suspicious shoplifter.

License Plate Recognition – Add On

The DVR-LPR solution is an effective video security and parking monitoring solution that can enforce parking lot security. Many parking lots security are rated high risk due to their poor response to crimes and the common nature of parking lot incidents. Isolated corners or levels of a large lot make it difficult for security officers to patrol and monitor.
